All libraries will close at 5 p.m. on Monday, December 31, and will remain closed Tuesday, January 1, for the New Year's holiday. The Park Central Branch will reopen at 6 p.m. as part of Springfield’s annual First Night celebration. A First Night admission sticker will be required to enter.
